• Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website.

• We will confirm your appointment via phone or email before the scheduled date.

• Please ensure that our cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Any delays caused by lack of access or incomplete instructions may result in additional charges.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by cleaning products provided by the client.

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.
We will gladly return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to services paid in full and excludes issues arising from pre-existing conditions (e.g., permanent stains, structural damage, etc.).

🛑 7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Missed Appointments

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee.

• If our team arrives and cannot access your property, the appointment will be marked as missed, and a fee may apply.

• Refunds are issued only when applicable and at our discretion.

While our staff is trained to handle your home and belongings with care, JudyMaid’s is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

• Items that were already loose, fragile, or improperly installed

If accidental damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the incident and take appropriate action.

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit JudyMaid’s employees for private cleaning services outside of our company.
